How We Got Started
VIVA BEAUTY GROUP started with a simple observation: the price gap between what a diode laser machine costs to manufacture and what clinics pay for it is enormous. Not because components are expensive — a Coherent laser bar, a TEC cooling module, a medical-grade power supply cost what they cost. The gap comes from layers of middlemen, each adding their margin before the machine reaches the clinic.
We decided to close that gap. Build the machine with the same core components — same diode bars, same sapphire cooling, same power architecture — and sell directly to clinics. No distributor markup. No brand licensing fees. No commissioned sales team baked into the unit price.
Today we manufacture from our own workshop with a dedicated team of engineers and technicians who work on nothing but diode laser technology. We are not the biggest factory in the industry — and we do not try to be. We compete on specialization and direct factory pricing, not on scale. Every machine that leaves our workshop has been assembled and tested by people whose names you can know.
