No. You can order one machine. Most of our customers start with a single unit to test, then scale up. We treat a one-machine order with the same attention as a container order.
❓ How long does shipping take?
Air freight: 5-10 days to most destinations. Sea freight: 25-40 days depending on port. We use DHL/FedEx/UPS for air and reliable freight forwarders for sea. Tracking provided from day one.
❓ What warranty do you provide?
Standard 12-month warranty on the full machine. Laser bar warranty: 12 months or 20 million shots, whichever comes first. Extended warranty options available. Spare parts ship within 48 hours.
❓ Can I get training and after-sales support?
Yes. Every machine comes with a detailed user manual and operation videos. We provide free video training for you and your staff. Technical support is available via WhatsApp, email, or video call during business hours — for the life of the machine.
