Component Inspection & Inbound QC
Every component that enters our factory gets tested before it reaches the assembly line. Laser bars are individually measured for output power and wavelength accuracy. Power supplies are load-tested. Cooling modules are pressure-checked. If a component doesn’t meet spec, it goes back — it never touches a machine.

Assembly Line — Chassis & System Integration
Our assembly floor runs three parallel lines: one for desktop/stand models, one for portable units, and one for multi-wavelength systems. Each station has an in-line QC checkpoint — no defect travels downstream. Technicians follow standardized work instructions with photo references, so every machine is built the same way, every time.

Clean Room — Laser Bar Integration & Optical Alignment
Laser bar integration happens in a Class 10K clean room with controlled temperature and humidity. Dust and particulate contamination are the enemy of laser optics — a single speck on a laser bar facet can cause premature failure. Our technicians work under laminar flow hoods, and every bar stack is inspected under magnification before sealing.

Burn-In Testing & Final Calibration
This is where we catch what assembly can’t. Every completed machine runs continuously for 48 hours at full power. We log laser output every 30 minutes, monitor cooling system stability, and stress-test the UI/software under extended use. If a machine drifts by more than 5% on any parameter, it fails and goes to rework. Only after passing 48 hours of burn-in does it proceed to final calibration and packaging.

Every machine gets export-grade packaging: custom-cut foam inserts, shock indicators on the crate, and vacuum-sealed moisture barrier. We include a full documentation package — user manual, certification copies, test report, and packing list. Our logistics team handles freight forwarding, customs documentation, and door-to-door tracking for every shipment.
